- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
- Returns accepted for:

- Wrong item delivered
- Faulty electronics (e.g., fan, humidifier, lights)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or clearance sale items
🔁 Exchange & Refund
- An exchange is offered for the same item if available.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 working days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
